The main novelty in the new version of 4HSE is the notification and digest configuration tool, which improves and simplifies these features.
4HSE version 2.18.0 has been released!
New Features
This important update revolutionizes and simplifies the notification configuration system. Specifically, an important distinction between digests and emails has been introduced.
What’s Changing?
- Emails are timely notifications related to a deadline or schedule, and they can be configured only at the project level. For example, the project administrator can decide that all training activity managers will receive an email notification three days before the date of a course session.
- Digests are daily/weekly/monthly reports received via email that each user can configure independently. For example, a user can decide to receive a digest every Monday containing all the training deadlines scheduled for the following week.
The configuration methods for emails and digests have been simplified to make them easier to understand and use. The new default settings:
Emails (for Projects)
- An email will be sent to DPI recipients 3 days before the delivery date.
- An email will be sent to training recipients 3 days before the course session date.
- An email will be sent to health surveillance recipients 3 days before the medical visit date.
Digests (for Users)
- A monthly digest will be sent on the 15th of each month and will contain a list of all deadlines and schedules for the upcoming month.
- A weekly digest will be sent every Monday and will contain a list of all deadlines and schedules for the upcoming week.
As usual, the guide and tutorial will be available in the Academy portal in the coming days. Also, on Thursday, June 16th at 3:00 PM, there will be a client-exclusive webinar (the invitation will be sent via email) dedicated to the new tool.
