New schedule released!

Discover the new features of version 2.17.0 of 4HSE: a complete redesign of the due date system with new functionalities such as selected row details, pre-filled filters, and the ability to modify items directly from the details. Numerous bugs have also been fixed to improve system stability and usability.

With the release of the new version of the HSE software, we have rethought the due date system by adding some new features and improving others, including:

  • Selected row details: all the tabs visible at the bottom were not there before. Having all this information directly accessible from the due date system is a great convenience.
  • Ability to modify and create items directly from the details, such as registering a person for a course session or adding equipment to a maintenance order.
  • Pre-filled date filters, such as previous month, last 3 months, and similar. Previously, it was necessary to always input both the start and end dates of the range.
  • Ability to issue a certificate directly from the selection: certificates are the “documents” that confirm the completion of a specific prevention/protection action, and their issuance is one of the most important and frequent tasks.

In addition to these new features, the following bugs have been fixed:

  • [HSE-5799] – Add person to DPI delivery session not working
  • [HSE-5801] – NotifyV2Manager also iterates through all project template locations
  • [HSE-5827] – Unit of measure view without ID
  • [HSE-5831] – Due date system: project list not updating
  • [HSE-5832] – Due date system: filter on last certificate issuance in the future
  • [HSE-5835] – Incorrect contextual help
  • [HSE-5838] – Hide actor configuration on inaccessible projects
