People Search, Upcoming Taskd, and Digest: New Features in Version 2.23.0!

Discover the new features in version 2.23.0 of 4HSE: an advanced people search tool, the customization of 'Expiring' activity status, and new options for notifications and digest. Significant improvements have also been made to the interface and content.

Here are the new features in the latest release of our HSE software:

  • People Search Tool: Within 4HSE, it is now possible to perform an advanced search for people in the platform’s database, with filters for:

    1. office
    2. role
    3. action
    4. work phase
    5. risk
    6. organizational unit
    7. company role
    8. type (employee or external)
    9. text search.

  • Customizing ‘Expiring’ Activity Status: The option has been introduced to customize the number of days prior to an action’s actual expiration when it will be considered as “expiring” (e.g., setting an action to be considered “expiring” 7 days before its actual expiration). A different time interval can be set for each type of action, and these settings will be automatically inherited by all actions of the same type unless otherwise specified.

  • Notifications and Digest, customized timing and testing: We have added the ability to customize the time notifications and digests are received and a testing tool to independently verify their correct functioning.
