CSA STAR Self-Assessment Update: CAIQ v4.0.2

4HSE publishes the updated Self-Assessment CAIQ v.4.0.2, confirming compliance with CSA STAR security standards recognized by AgID.

4HSE adheres to the CSA STAR standard and has published the updated CAIQ v.4.0.2 Self-Assessment for STAR Level 1, a certification officially recognized by AgID.

The Security Trust Assurance and Risk (STAR) program by Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) promotes key principles such as transparency, rigorous auditing, and the harmonization of security standards.

Organizations using the STAR program highlight their best practices and validate the security controls of their cloud-based services. The public STAR Registry provides open documentation of security and privacy controls in place.

This registry enables clients to evaluate cloud providers and make informed purchasing decisions based on a globally recognized and standardized framework of best practices.

CSA STAR and AgID

AgID (Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale) recognizes the validity of the CSA STAR framework. As part of the accreditation process for its SaaS Cloud Service for Workplace Health & Safety Management in the Public Administration sector, 4HSE has committed to these principles and published its own Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire (CAIQ).

The updated CAIQ v.4.0.2 Self-Assessment provides detailed insights into the Shared Security Responsibility Model (SSRM)—especially concerning compliance, risk management, security, and data protection requirements.
