DUVRI and Supplier Management

Learn how to create, customize, and manage DUVRI documents and supplier records with the HSE software.

DUVRI: Create, Edit, and Print the Document

The latest HSE software update introduces the ability to create, customize, and print the Interference Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI). Alongside DUVRI, a dedicated section has been added to manage supplier records, with the option to assign specific access levels to suppliers.

Just like the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), a default DUVRI template has been added to the platform, allowing for automatic document generation. This template can be customized by the user or replaced entirely with a custom version.

Supplier Management: Adding Supplier Records

Within the project workspace, the new section allows you to register all suppliers, associate them with specific sites, and indicate the work phases they are involved in.

Each supplier’s details can be entered via a dedicated window that includes:

  • Contact information and general details
  • Documents
  • Associated work phases

For full collaboration, it’s also possible to create one or more user accounts for each supplier, with customizable access levels to the platform.

Using all the data provided, users can generate, print, or export the DUVRI document automatically, which can also be tailored using custom layouts.

How to Create a DUVRI

To generate and print (or export) the DUVRI, users have two main options:

  1. DUVRI for a supplier covering all project sites (e.g., headquarters, site 1, site 2, etc.)
  2. DUVRI for a supplier limited to a specific site (e.g., site 2)

DUVRI for All Project Sites

Once the project is open:

  1. From the main menu, click Suppliers.
  2. Select the relevant supplier (e.g., Supplier 1).
  3. Click the Print button.

From there, simply select the desired template and proceed to print or export to Microsoft Word, PDF, or HTML.

DUVRI for a Specific Site

Once the site is open:

  1. From the site menu, expand the Human Resources section.
  2. Click on Suppliers.
  3. Click the Print button.

As before, select the appropriate template and continue with the print or export process in Word or PDF format.

Customizing the DUVRI Template

The default DUVRI template in 4HSE is fully customizable and can also be completely replaced with a user-defined template. Users can choose to adopt the default layout provided by 4HSE or upload their own custom DUVRI model.

In addition to DUVRI, the platform also allows you to create, customize, print, or export other document templates, including:

  • Risk Assessment Document (DVR)
  • Training certificates
  • Technical and safety data sheets
  • PPE delivery records
  • Fitness for work certificates
  • Work environments
  • Substances
  • Nomination forms
