How to Duplicate a Work Phase

From the site window, select a work phase and click the “duplicate” button. A guided duplication window (wizard) will appear.

Through this window, you can clone both the work phase (with the option to change its details) and the desired linked entities (sources, hazards/risks, actions, attachments).

Document Categories: Moving from Site(s) to Project

The user can now define different document categories (e.g., appointments, certificates, periodic wastewater analysis, etc.) for various sites directly from the project window.

The database already includes preloaded standard documents to choose from, and by clicking on “custom documents,” you can add new ones.
